## Job description

### Overview

Zenith is looking for an enthusiastic, highly qualified Performance Specialist to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns and satisfy the demands of multiple stakeholders (media agency, creative agency), often to tight deadlines. If you are a knowledgeable, collaborative, and motivated spirit, then this may be the place for you!

### Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-based marketing campaigns across various channels
- Liaise with the digital account team to ensure accurate reporting, optimization, and fulfillment of campaign delivery against KPIs
- Manage campaign budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure that campaigns are meeting performance goals Identifying and testing new channels/products to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Monitor the success of performance campaigns through media analytics, KPIs, and dashboards in collaboration with Performance team Qualifications Min 2 years’ experience in digital marketing Hands-on experience on Google ads, DV360 and social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn ads etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including campaign measurement, conversion tracking and basic troubleshooting SEO experience is a big plus Able to strategize, optimize and deliver on clients’ KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CPM & App install with high degree of autonomy Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem solving and time management skills Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through different platforms Fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects Additional information What’s in it for you?
