Conducting direct search and actively seeking candidates. Publishing and promoting job offers and analyzing application documents. Conducting phone screenings with candidates and actively recommending them in recruitment projects. Managing modern candidate acquisition channels and the candidate database. Participating in various HR projects (onboarding, employer branding, internal communication, training, events). ### Qualifications 1 year of experience working in a similar position in an internal HR department or a recruitment agency. Fluent English. Knowledge of recruitment process standards and candidate sourcing tools and methods. Experience in working with ATS systems (e.g., icims) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to organize your own work based on business objectives. Strong communication skills. Practical knowledge of MS Office.
