## Job description

### Overview
- Ability to adapt into a transformative role, ideally driving the brand strategy, IMC communication, social campaigns, and other scopes for the clients
- Ability to enhance effective working relationships with senior clients
- Ability to mentor, inspire, and develop the planning team to deliver their individual personal growth targets

### Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brand, communication, and creative strategies across key client businesses, ensuring all recommendations are grounded in consumer, cultural, and business insights.
- Drive integrated communication planning across brand campaigns, IMC initiatives, social and digital ecosystems, and other strategic client requirements
- Act as a strategic partner to Creative, Account Management, Data & Insights, and Client teams to deliver impactful and effective communication solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing trusted strategic counsel and thought leadership
- Facilitate strategic workshops, research initiatives, and insight generation processes to uncover business and brand growth opportunities Inspire and guide creative development through clear, compelling, and actionable creative briefs
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members within the Planning function, supporting both capability building and individual growth objectives
- Contribute to the agency’s new business efforts, including pitch development, strategic recommendations, and client presentations Champion strategic excellence and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation within the team Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Brand Strategy, Communications Planning, Creative Strategy, or related disciplines within a creative, digital, or integrated agency environment
- Proven experience developing brand and communication strategies for local and regional clients
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and integrated communications
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence both clients and internal teams through strategic thinking and leadership Experience managing, mentoring, and developing planning talent Fluent in English
