At Digitas, we operate where technology, data, and future-facing digital strategy meet. The marketing landscape is undergoing its biggest transformation in decades—powered by AI, changing search behaviours, and smart digital experiences. As an Account Management Intern, you won't just be managing projects; you’ll get a front-row seat to how global brands adapt to the modern web. You’ll work directly with our Account Directors and client leads on everything from Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—learning how brands show up inside platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini. If you are curious about technology, fascinated by how AI is reshaping marketing, and want to learn how modern client management actually works, this is for you. ### What You’ll Be Doing Driving Client & Project Success Keep the Engine Running: Work alongside Account Leads to manage client communications, timeline trackers, project status decks, and action-item recaps. ### Connect the Dots Collaborate with specialists across AI search, data analytics, web technology, and strategic planning to bring multi-faceted digital projects to life. ### Learn Client Leadership Observe and participate in high-level client discussions, learning how to present ideas, manage expectations, and solve complex business challenges. Exploring AI, Search & Digital Strategy Master the AI Search Era: Learn how Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is evolving into Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)—helping brands become the top recommended answer across search engines and AI models. ### Uncover Insights & Trends Assist in running digital audits, monitoring AI search visibility, analysing brand presence, and pulling data to uncover actionable strategic insights. ### Hands-on Web & Digital Tech Gain real-world exposure to how enterprise websites, content architectures, and digital touchpoints are built and managed. ### Who You Are Background: Open to all academic backgrounds—Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, Media, IT/Computer Science, or related fields. What matters most is your drive and curiosity. ### AI & Digital Enthusiast You’re naturally curious about tech, AI tools, and how consumer behaviour is shifting online. ### Sharp Communicator You express yourself clearly in written and spoken English, and you know how to organize information so anyone can understand it. ### Detail-Obsessed & Proactive You take pride in being organized, double-checking the details, and following through on team commitments. ### Tool Savvy Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office (PowerPoint/Slides & Excel/Sheets). Any familiarity with AI tools, analytics, or CMS platforms is a cool bonus, but we’ll teach you what you need to know. Additional information Office closure for World Mental Health Day 10th October.
