### Responsibilities

Enable advanced measurement, insights, and predictive modeling
- Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, KPI tracking, and dashboard creation Experience in ETL, data modeling, and implementation of measurement tools Expertise in predictive analytics, experimentation, and statistical analysis
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python/R, and other coding or analytics platforms Qualifications 5 / 7+ years of experience Advanced English Level and communications skills Data Analytics background Performance Reporting Data Storytelling Familiarization with Web Experiences / Personalization Experience in the Media/Marketing environment Experience with tools like Google Analytics, DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and Marketing metrics like CPR CPC ROAS etc Web Analytics background SQL experience A/B Testing and experiment design concepts CRM / CDP experience Python
