This program aims to enhance their skills and deepen their knowledge, offering them the opportunity to work with global clients, apply their learnings, and enrich their professional careers. If you are interested in learning, are a committed person, and want to give your career a boost, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

### Program schedule

Weekday availability (6:00 pm to 8:30 pm) and Saturday mornings (8am - 12m)

### Location

Only Colombia Responsibilities

### Key Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any related field Minimum 1 year of experience running social or search media advertising campaigns, (Performance Conversions) Experience implementing or monitoring digital marketing campaigns through digital platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Campaign Manager, Amazon ads, DV360 ads, search ads and others. Fluent /Advanced English level (B2)

### Excellent attention to detail MS Excel

Intermediate Proactive and purposeful person Willingness to learn constantly and passionate about digital marketing Qualifications

### Key Skills

The individual should have good communication skills. Feel challenged in a constantly changing environment Strong attention to detail Strategic planning and organization of their daily tasks Open to constantly learning new aspects of Digital Marketing
