By combining these capabilities, we enable our clients to accelerate their businesses through the design and delivery of products and services that their customers truly value. ### Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Data and Marketing Data experience to support a global digital personalization and experimentation program. The role sits at the intersection of business, data, marketing technology, and delivery, translating business needs into actionable requirements while helping teams use customer and behavioural data to deliver more relevant digital experiences. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, solid Agile Business Analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders, markets, architects, CRM and data teams in a complex international environment. ### Responsibilities Manage and coordinate multiple personalization, experimentation, and data-driven initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful delivery. Support and optimize Adobe Target experiments across 38 markets, including onboarding, rollout support, data analysis, and targeting recommendations. Drive front-end personalization and web retargeting use cases, translating business needs into actionable requirements and customer experiences. Collaborate with CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Lake, and Data Mesh teams to define audience segments and deliver hyper-personalized campaigns. Support the development and adoption of AI Content Studio, including AI-driven content generation, personalization use cases, and automated marketing journeys. Gather, document, and refine business and data requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation specifications. Manage and prioritize backlog items, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery roadmaps. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, market onboarding activities, and cross-functional stakeholder discussions. Develop presentations, recommendations, governance models, and business materials to support personalization, AI, automation, and campaign initiatives. Partner with architects, data teams, legal, and marketing stakeholders to define integrations, dependencies, and scalable personalization frameworks. ### Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role. Strong understanding of data analysis, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision making. Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user story creation. Knowledge of Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CRM, CDP, or similar MarTech platforms. Experience with A/B testing, personalization, digital marketing, and customer journey optimization. Familiarity with AI/GenAI-powered solutions and data-driven personalization is a plus. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools. Excellent English communication skills.
