We are proud to power Publicis Groupe's ambition to build the world's best global integrated production offering. ### Overview The Project Analyst supports the planning, coordination and delivery of print production projects, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables remain aligned across clients, project managers, creative teams and external partners. The role combines traffic management, project coordination and production follow-up, with a strong focus on organization, communication, deadlines and proactive issue resolution. ### Responsibilities Analyze media plans to identify key delivery dates, air dates and production milestones. Coordinate project timelines and renegotiate deadlines when required, updating media plans accordingly. Coordinate seamlessly between clients, internal teams (designers, creatives, QA), project managers and external service providers to ensure smooth project flow. Create and maintain project folders in the FileMaker system, ensuring all project information and documentation are accurate and up to date. Monitor project deadlines and milestones via FileMaker, ensuring alignment between project managers and creative teams. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers, highlighting risks, delays and required actions. Oversee on-time delivery to external platforms or service providers, ensuring compliance with required quality and format standards. Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks or timeline conflicts and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders. Conduct regular client check-ins to track production progress, clarify priorities and manage expectations. Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination, planning and follow-up to ensure business continuity and successful delivery. Maintain clear communication across stakeholders and ensure actions and next steps are followed through to completion. ### Qualifications Ability to read, interpret and adjust media plans. Understanding of print production workflows and project delivery processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Proactive approach to anticipating needs, identifying risks and resolving issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable managing daily client interactions and multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively across creative, production and project management teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines. Fast learner, adaptable and solution-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
