This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering impactful campaigns while collaborating with talented specialists across the agency. You'll play a key role in driving campaign performance, uncovering new opportunities, and helping clients achieve meaningful business results. If you're curious about digital innovation, enjoy working with data, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. ### Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across a variety of client accounts to deliver strong commercial outcomes. Partner with Programmatic Managers and wider planning teams to develop and execute effective activation strategies. Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and translate data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain high standards of campaign setup, quality assurance, trafficking, and ongoing optimisation. Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication and proactive support. Contribute ideas that improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the wider programmatic offering. Support knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team and agency. ### Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns within one or more leading DSP platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to a range of stakeholders. A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and client groups. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. An interest in emerging media channels, technology, automation, and the evolving digital landscape. A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously developing your expertise.
