We are based in two fantastic offices in Vasastan (Odengatan and Upplandsgatan) and offer a flexible work policy. ### Overview As an Influencer Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in helping our clients build meaningful connections with consumers through influencer and creator marketing. Working closely with our Influencer Marketing team, you will turn business objectives, audience insights, and cultural trends into clear strategies, recommendations, and activation approaches. You will help ensure influencer marketing is integrated into broader communication efforts and delivers measurable impact for our clients. Reporting to the Head of Creative & Community, you will collaborate with clients, creators, and internal teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive strategic thinking across a diverse portfolio of brands. ### Responsibilities Strategy & Client Advisory Develop influencer marketing strategies and recommendations based on client objectives, audience insights, and market opportunities. Help clients understand the role of influencer and creator marketing within the broader communications landscape. Facilitate workshops, strategic discussions, and planning sessions with clients and internal teams. Present recommendations, insights, and strategic approaches with confidence and clarity. Ensure strategic recommendations inspire impactful, culturally relevant, and creatively effective solutions that support client objectives. Insights & Innovation Monitor consumer behavior, platform developments, industry trends, and the creator landscape to identify opportunities for clients. Translate campaign learnings, data, and insights into actionable recommendations and future strategies. Contribute to the development of new approaches, frameworks, and thought leadership within influencer marketing. Contribute creative thinking and inspiration by identifying emerging formats, creator partnerships, cultural trends, and new approaches that strengthen campaign effectiveness. Ways of Working & Enablement Help shape and improve the tools, templates, frameworks, and processes that support strategic planning and client delivery. Ensure strategies can be effectively translated into actionable plans and successful activations. Continuously identify opportunities to improve collaboration, efficiency, and quality across the Influencer Marketing team. New Business & Growth Play an active role in pitches and new business opportunities by developing strategic recommendations, audience insights, and influencer marketing approaches. Support client growth by identifying new opportunities and innovative solutions that create value. ### Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing strategy or a related field, with a strong interest in creator marketing and digital culture. Experience developing strategic recommendations and translating insights into actionable plans. Strong understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, consumer behavior, and digital culture. Comfortable presenting ideas and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Agency experience is a plus. Experience working across Nordic or international markets is a plus. ### Who You Are You are a curious and commercially minded strategist with a hands-on mindset.
