### Overview

Develop and lead integrated paid media strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social to achieve client business objectives. Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting while ensuring strong performance against KPIs. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic recommendations, performance insights, and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, Analytics, and Client Servicing to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

### Responsibilities

8+ years of experience in Paid Media, with strong expertise in both Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, with the ability to drive performance and develop talent. Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, attribution models, bidding strategies, and performance analytics. Experience managing high-value client accounts and large media budgets across multiple industries.

Proficiency with platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.
