Come and help us create a more meaningful kind of ROI – for our clients, our people and our culture. ### Overview Business Director, Performance EMEA We are hiring a Business Director, Performance EMEA to help shape the future of performance marketing for one of the world's most recognised digital brands. Joining Adobe.pub, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across EMEA, bringing together strategy, activation and innovation to deliver meaningful business outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead talented specialists, influence large-scale media investment decisions, and help build best-in-class full-funnel performance programmes. If you're passionate about turning insight into action and creating measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you. ### Responsibilities What you'll be doing Lead the EMEA performance marketing programme across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social, ensuring activity delivers strong business and ROI outcomes. Partner closely with planning and strategy teams to develop performance-led media approaches informed by data, audiences and attribution insights. Create and deliver quarterly cross-channel strategies that support both brand and commercial objectives. Oversee end-to-end planning, activation and performance delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard. Build strong relationships with media partners to unlock innovation, collaboration and value for clients. Lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, growth and knowledge sharing. Champion continuous improvement by testing new approaches, sharing best practice globally and identifying opportunities for future growth. ### Qualifications Skills we're looking for Strong experience in performance marketing, digital media or integrated media strategy, with knowledge of channels such as Programmatic, Paid Search or Paid Social. Ability to translate data and audience insights into clear recommendations and compelling business narratives. Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams. Confidence presenting ideas, strategies and results to a variety of audiences. A people-focused leadership style with a passion for developing and supporting talent. Curiosity, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities that drive measurable impact.
