Stellenbeschreibung This role is a hybrid position combining Digital Campaign Support and Account Executive responsibilities. We are looking for a young profile with some initial exposure to media and digital activation. The ideal candidate may already have hands-on experience setting up digital campaigns and is eager to continue developing these operational skills. Verantwortlichkeiten Working closely with an Account Director,.. On the digital side, your role will support campaign implementation, trafficking, monitoring, and coordination with internal buying teams On the client service and operations side, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day account management, including: Supporting media plan administration and governance Maintaining and completing media planning templates and client documentation and reports Assisting with invoicing follow-up and financial administration Coordinating with account managers and specialists to ensure timely delivery of client requirements The position also offers to gain first exposure to offline media planning (TV, OOH), providing an opportunity to progressively build broader media expertise across channels. Overall, we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, digital & AI minded and motivated individual at the beginning of their career, who is excited to develop both digital activation and media account management skills within a media agency environment. Qualifikationen 1 to 2 years of experience in a media agency, digital marketing, or a related environment Initial hands-on experience in setting up, managing, or monitoring digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or similar tools - Strong interest in media, advertising, and digital marketing, with a willingness to develop expertise across both digital and offline media channels - Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working with numbers, reports, templates, and administrative processes related to media planning and campaign management Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
