Descriptif du poste Reporting to a Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and operational relationship with one or more major international clients. You will play a key role in the development, implementation, and performance of their global media strategies, while supporting your teams in delivering excellence and driving innovation. Responsabilités Manage the client relationship at the highest level, providing strategic guidance and a strong business perspective. Oversee international coordination across markets and regional hubs. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of planners, digital experts, and data & analytics specialists. Ensure the consistency and performance of full-funnel campaigns (brand and performance). Identify new growth opportunities for both the client and the agency. Actively contribute to innovation initiatives, including cookieless solutions, AI, retail media, social commerce, and emerging industry developments. ### Qualifications A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a media agency environment, working on international accounts. Strong digital and strategic expertise, with a solid understanding of data, analytics, and performance-driven marketing challenges. Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and coordinating multi-market initiatives. A natural leader with a collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent to bilingual English, essential for day-to-day interactions in an international environment.
