The group includes four of Israel’s most recognized advertising agencies: Bauman Bar Rivnai BBR, Glikman Shamir Samsonov, Leo Burnett and Expert Our Publicis Media and production companies working both inhouse and with clients.

### Work Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Hybrid Model: One work-from-home day per week Dog friendly offices Overview We're looking for a creative, social-first thinker who lives and breathes content. As a Social Creative, you'll be responsible for turning ideas into engaging social content for some of the biggest brands in Israel. From brainstorming concepts and building creative presentations to filming, editing, scriptwriting, and content creation – you'll play a key role in bringing social campaigns to life across multiple platforms.

### Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and social-first content ideas for leading brands
- Create content calendars and social media plans aligned with brand and campaign strategies
- Write copy, scripts, and creative briefs for video productions and social campaigns Film and edit short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and help build client presentations and creative decks
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, creators, and emerging content formats
- Collaborate closely with account managers, designers, creators, influencers, and clients
- Lead and manage content production days from idea to execution Qualifications At least
- 1 year of experience creating social media content, preferably within a social media, digital, or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in Hebrew and English Hands-on experience with content filming and video editing
- Strong creative thinking and ability to turn insights and trends into engaging content
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator collaborations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Advantage: Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and other creative AI platforms
