Reporting directly to the R&D Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will: - Oversee and coordinate the tests EHV cable systems to assess their capability to withstand electrothermal stresses - Oversee the correct planning, preparation and execution of the electrical qualification tests carried in the R&D Quattordio Laboratory - Perform homologation and R&D tests on EHV cable systems in the HQ Supervise and coordinate accessory installation - Coordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testing​ You will also: Define the scheduling of the tests and lead related projects - Keep continuous interface and relationship with clients, inspectors, and suppliers You are the right fit if you have/are: A master’s degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Energy or Mechatronic; Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken) Willingness to travel also abroad - Strong communication & interpersonal skills Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset ​ What we offer you: Type of contract: Permanent Contract Hybrid working model: 4 days per month and Flexible working hours Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini. ### Job Level/Category White collar Gross annual salary no less than: € 35.000 The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives. ### Benefit Health Insurance Canteen Annual Bonus and Stock option plans Collaborative environment and dynamic, respectful workplace ​ Our selection process: - Application, - HR interview, - Hiring Manager interviews and - Online assessment (30min) Click here to get all the tips to be fully prepared: Interview Tips | Prysmian If you’re excited about the role and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment with challenging projects which drive impact for a sustainable future, we encourage you to apply!
