[Apply on Prysmian’s careers site →](https://prysmiangroup.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/Careers/job/Bogot/Production-Line-Operator_R-33473) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Prysmian](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/prysmian/) / Production Line Operator ## Job description Visión general y principales funciones En Prysmian estamos buscando un@ Operario de digitación con base en Bogotá, Colombia quien estará encargado de procesar, verificar y analizar la ejecución de producción, gestionando la correcta realización de órdenes de producción, el cargue de información al ERP y el monitoreo de indicadores para asegurar la trazabilidad y visibilidad del cumplimiento del plan de producción. Principales responsabilidades Gestión de Datos y Reporte de Planta: Ingresar diariamente al sistema los tiempos de producción, niveles de SCRAP y reportes de calidad generados en los turnos de planta. ### Control Sistémico de Órdenes Ejecutar el cierre administrativo de las órdenes de producción mediante la validación en el ERP y recoger físicamente las órdenes terminadas o inactivas de las máquinas. ### Gestión de Materiales y Trazabilidad Realizar la confirmación de materiales trefilados y fraccionados (estibas), además de generar las fichas de identificación para todas las máquinas de la planta. ### Logística de Producción y Traslados Coordinar el traslado de materiales, asegurando el vinipelado, la impresión de etiquetas y la identificación correcta según el archivo de seguimiento de traslados pendientes. ### Aseguramiento de Inventarios Brindar apoyo operativo en la toma de inventarios físicos de materiales para la corrección de errores de movimientos de mercancía y ajustes de devoluciones. ¿A quién buscamos? Tecnólogo o Profesional con núcleo básico en Ingeniería de Producción, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o afines De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados. Excel avanzado, Gestión de Inventarios, Teoría de Restricciones, Analítica de Datos y Business Intelligence. Lean Manufacturing, Plan maestro de producción en manufactura, SAP, Normatividad técnica.
