### 教育訓練
- 早夕會新商品及銷售技巧訓練，建立與業務員良好合作關係以達成業務目標。

### 業務輔導
- 對通路業務員的輔銷能力，各項專案的運作及推動, 商品行銷話術演練。

### 行政協助
- 協助銷售人員處理新契約照會, 保全事務, 保險各項規範說明及宣導 。
- 具備正向積極的工作態度，經營保經代通路產出業績的能力。

### 保持同業及市場訊息敏感度, 以即時因應各種市場變化 需求條件
- 商科相關學系大學畢業或以上學歷
- 相關保經代二年以上經驗
- 主講大型教育訓練經驗
- 主動,積極,應變能力強,擅長溝通協調,業務推展能力及抗壓力強
- 具壽險相關專業及金融相關證照(人身保險、投資型，外幣非收付型) Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
