On our transformation journey. ### What we’re looking for - Recent graduates of any degree or course, who have demonstrated strong academic performance (such as earning Latin Honors, being on the Dean’s List, or ranking in the top 25% of their class) - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - A track record of leadership — whether in student organizations, internships, volunteer work, or community impact What you’ll experience ### Cross-Functional Rotations - Gain deep exposure across key business units as you spend time embedded in teams such as Agency Sales, Data Science, Finance & Actuarial, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Technology. ### Executive Mentorship - Receive direct guidance from senior leaders and business heads. ### Capstone Leadership Projects - Lead strategic initiatives and deliver innovative business solutions ### Accelerated Career Pathing - Fast-track your development into key leadership roles We’re committed to inclusive excellence, welcoming diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
