### 教育訓練
- 新商品及銷售技巧訓練, 舉辦說明會。

### 行政協助
- 協助銷售人員處理新契約照會, 保全事務, 保險各項規範說明及宣導 。

### 業務輔導
- 各項專案的運作及推動, 商品行銷話術演練, 行銷人員的輔導與激勵。

### 需求條件
- 具人身保險、投資型保險、非投資型外幣保險等相關證照
- 具備保險銷售2年以上工作經驗
- 有銀行理專及保險輔銷經驗尤佳 Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
