Agency Business Planning & Stakeholder Management Develop Agency business plans through market analysis, opportunity assessment, compensation & incentive, customer strategy, products, technology and operation planning. Translate business priorities into actionable growth strategies covering manpower, productivity, customer acquisition, and sales performance. Coordinate cross-functional discussions with Agency, Distribution, Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Group stakeholders to ensure integrated business planning. Support business reviews and provide insights to drive growth, productivity, and manpower development. Provide advisory support on long-term business direction and planning priorities across functions within the team. Coach and guide team members and stakeholders as a subject matter expert, driving capability building, knowledge sharing, and strategic thinking across Agency division. 2. Performance Management and Reporting Develop KPI frameworks, target-setting methodologies, and performance governance to support business planning and execution. Monitor business performance against plan, identify gaps and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management. Consolidate and deliver management reports, forecasts, and business analyses, including QBPR, EXCO forums, Group reporting requirements, and ad-hoc requests. Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights to support decision-making. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
