- 執行多媒體行銷人員招募、任用作業
- 招募說明會活動規劃、執行
- 招募專案及活動成效分析並定期產出分析報告，提出優化建議
- 招募專案獎金計算、發放
- 招募管道管理

### 通路新進離職人力報表維護與優化 其他條件
- 具業務單位招募、專案管理或相關領域經驗
- 具備良好數據分析與專案管理能力
- 具活動規劃、執行經驗
- 熟悉AI工具
