You will take ownership of defined HR responsibilities, collaborate with different stakeholders, contribute to projects and identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience and the way we work. 🚀 🎯 Key Responsibilities 👥 Deliver HR processes with excellence and strong ownership. 💡 Identify opportunities to improve and simplify HR processes. 📊 Work with HR systems, tools and data to support effective HR operations. 🚀 Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives. 🤝 Partner with HR colleagues, managers and other stakeholders. 🌱 Continue building knowledge across HR and business processes. ⭐ Demonstrate autonomy, personal leadership and a results-oriented mindset.
