Your team Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis, you will report to a R&D Director based locally and will be part of growing team of functional and technical experts in leading projects in the region. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver end-to-end product development for Skin Product - Explore new materials and chemistries to design new skin care products Develop & execute plans to optimize current products portfolio - Drive innovation and technical excellence - Develop new hypotheses, test methods, experimentations & modelling to accelerate product design - Build robust data packages and provide clear, actionable analysis for decision-making - Collaborate cross-functionally and externally - Partner closely with R&D teams globally (in SGIC, KIC, BJIC and MBC) - Engage with external suppliers and partners to enable rapid prototyping and execution - Lead and influence within the organization - Contribute to technical strategy and innovation roadmap - Learn and Build IP Strategy and wide moat ### Job Qualifications - Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field 2-5 years relevant experience in product design or technology development - Proven ability to design experiments, analyze data, and generate insights to drive decisions Experience in Modeling and Simulation is a big plus - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Strong collaboration skills across multi-functional and multicultural teams - Ability to clearly communicate complex technical findings and influence stakeholders - Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving and learning agility High level of rigor and attention to detail Curiosity and passion for innovation in consumer products Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, growth-oriented business environment ### About Us We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
