This job family plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimizing our market strategy. They work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and execution of our sales strategies. The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver sales/revenue, share, and productivity targets. This includes providing insights into market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies. ### Key Responsibilities - Contribute to and execute strategies in team/organization - Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products - Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning - Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with limited supervision - Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirement Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements and act accordingly ### Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing or market strategy planning - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data - Excellent communication skills About us We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
