Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of all our products. It's the bread and butter of what makes P&G such a great company to work for. We are currently hiring for 4, 8 and 12 month co-ops, starting January 2027 at P&G’s largest Feminine Care products manufacturing site, located in Belleville, Ontario, where we manufacture bestselling P&G brands such as Always Pads, Liners and Always Discreet. What can you Expect? This is an on-site role. Based on your skills, experience and our business needs, you could be matched with the following roles in any one of our product modules: Operations Co-Op Process & Engineering Co-Op You can expect meaningful work from Day 1 that creates real value for the company and our consumers: You will be given a detailed scope of work to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects during your term, which could range from process control and engineering, systems improvements to quality improvement, etc. A Corporate and Functional onboarding to accelerate your training and development Integration into our affinity groups for socializing, mentorship and resources Providing honest and constructive feedback on your performance, we learn from each other! Competitive Salary ### Job Qualifications Candidates must be enrolled in full time schooling. Preference is given to individuals who have completed at least 3 years in Electrical, Chemical, Physics or Mechanical engineering programs at an accredited University. ### Other Skills That Make You a Great Fit You possess natural leadership and business skills, demonstrated in academic and/or extracurricular activities. You have strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment. You have technical curiosity and enjoy thinking critically to uncover insights and are ready to take on a hands-on approach to problem solving and executing solutions, that will help build our million dollar brands!
