You will be involved in executing strategies within your team, with growth expectations aligned with team performance. Your role will focus on specific tasks within the team, with clearly defined objectives. As a Brand Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape how some of our most iconic brands connect with consumers, driving business growth through world-class media strategy and innovation. ### Key Responsibilities Support and assist in executing strategies within your team. Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas under guidance. Collaborate effectively within your team to maximize job impact and personal learning. Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies. Plan and execute digital media campaigns across key digital platforms YouTube, Meta, Connected TV, TikTok etc. ### Job Qualifications YOUR PROFILE Enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in Marketing, Media, Communication or related fields. Proficiency in English (C1), German skills are a plus. Knowledge of German media landscape, integrated media planning in an agency or experience with Digital & Programmatic Buying Platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk, Social Media, YouTube are appreciated. Ability to demonstrate leadership by approaching and solving challenges. Team oriented, with a “can do“ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results and work collaboratively. Creative, innovative, strong in your initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting. A willingness to learn and develop skills necessary for current job requirements. An understanding of relevant stewardship requirements and a commitment to act accordingly. A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
