### Job Description

The Management Intern/Co-op job family at Procter & Gamble encompasses a range of roles that involve supporting and assisting in the execution of strategies within the team or organization. These roles often participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

This role is part of our Management Internship/Co-op program. As an intern or co-op, you will be given real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.

### Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing strategies within the team or organization. Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning. Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies. Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance

### Job Qualifications

Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Bachelors degree or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities. Eagerness to learn and grow within the role. Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and acts accordingly. Driver's license.
