If you’re passionate about communication, problem-solving, and creating positive consumer experiences, this role is for you! ### What You’ll Do Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism. ### Resolve Issues Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions. ### Document & Improve Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey. ### Follow Through Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed. ### Learn & Grow Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members. ### Feedback Implementation Suggest improvements to enhance consumer care services and streamline processes, drawing from previous experience in process optimization. ### Job Qualifications Availability required: 8h/day for full-time roles Minimum 4h/day for part-time roles (in the first 2 months you will have to attend full- time training, then will become part time)- language bonus prorated - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German are required - Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree - Proven experience in customer service or consumer care role/handling complaints Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self motivated.
