## Job description

Job Location JEDDAH JAMEEL SQUARE OFFICE

### Key Responsibilities

Digital Portal Management: Process visas, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official systems like Qiwa Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.

### Regulatory Compliance

Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies to advise company management on operational impacts.

### Government Liaison

Represent the organization during official visits, inspections, or meetings with ministries (such as HRSD)

### Employee Support

Assist staff with onboarding, exit clearances, and governmental documentation.

### HR Data Analytics

Identify areas of improvement via intentional assessments and analytics HR Operations: Manages the day to day operations for HR.

### Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or Human Resources or similar.

### Experience

2 to 4 years of proven experience handling HR Government Operations and HR generalist Technical Skills: Hands-on mastery of Saudi e-government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI)

### Languages
