The role supports day-to-day operational decision making by documenting issues, recommending actions within defined guidance, and escalating non-standard situations through the Leader and designated SMEs. ### Key Responsibilities Monitor assigned KPIs/leading indicators across sites using approved dashboards/tools; identify anomalies and emerging risks. Apply established playbooks/standard work to classify issues, take defined actions, and route/escalate exceptions through the correct channels. Create and maintain clear incident records (status, impacts, actions taken, owners, next steps) using required templates and tracking systems. Provide concise, decision-ready updates to stakeholders (what changed, impact, options/recommendation within guidance) and document decisions for continuity. Perform structured shift handoffs to preserve watch-outs, constraints, open actions, and escalation status. Identify repeat issues and signal-quality gaps; document evidence and consistently route improvement opportunities through defined channels to enable broader resolution and system enhancement. Support planning routines by summarizing trend-based risks and recommended priorities for review by the organization Team Leader. ### Basic Qualifications Demonstrated ability to interpret operational metrics, identify exceptions, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Proficiency with standard computer tools (excel spreadsheets, chat/email, dashboards) and comfort working primarily in a computer-based environment. Ability to follow standard work, use templates, maintain high documentation quality, and escalate appropriately. Ability to work a 2,2, 3 schedule ( 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off) ### Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics/warehouse operations with exposure to performance monitoring or operations support. Experience with PRIME (WMS) or comparable warehouse management systems and exception management. Familiarity with continuous improvement basics (RCA, PDCA/LE) and using data to support operational decisions.
