This leader will serve as our in-house expert, partnering with Brand leaders and cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class social commerce ecosystem that delivers meaningful business growth. Success in this role requires equal parts commercial acumen, operational excellence, and growth mindset. You'll shape how we work across Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Planning, IT, and Customer Service, while holding agency partners accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes. Direct TikTok Shop experience is a plus, but not a requirement. ### We're looking for a builder someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, challenges norms, and is excited to help define the future of social commerce. ### Responsibilities Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on social commerce, leading TikTok Shop strategy, operations, capability development, and scaling best practices across P&G Health Care brands Responsible for developing best-in-class performance marketing models across social selling & digital commerce Capability Building: Identify, design and ensure delivery of the infrastructure required to support this work inclusive of but not limited to tagging strategies, measurement requirements, digital tools and dashboards, people needs and organization and process. Accountable for developing channel forecasting capabilities and inventory planning, in partnership with Brand Online and Supply Planning counterparts Leverage platform tools to track sales, ad spend, marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness to inform shop management/strategy - Develop weekly brand-level reporting, insights, and data-driven action share-out mechanisms and lead regular meetings to delivery this package to Brand leadership - Lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Marketing, Media, Supply Chain, Planning, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and Digital Commerce to build scalable social commerce operations and remove barriers to growth. Hold agency partners accountable for delivering commercial growth, operational excellence, and continuous optimization against agreed business objectives - Liaise with TikTok and other platform account teams - Track the competitive landscape and translate signals into actionable recommendations ### Job Qualifications - Minimum of 6-8 years in eCommerce, DTC, social commerce, marketplace, or adjacent - Demonstrated experience in integrated media planning, with focus on performance marketing - Demonstrated success managing external agencies or vendors - Strong interest in social commerce, TikTok trends and TikTok Shop - Excellent project management and communication skills. Data-savvy, with experience using platform analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics. P&L fluency a plus. Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Unrelenting passion for driving digital sales outcomes with media and belief that more is possible.
