### JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: HEAD OF RETAIL CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & EXPERIENCE, PRADA Location: China Reports to: VP, RETAIL&COMMERCIAL, PRADA JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSES HEAD OF RETAIL CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & EXPERIENCE, PRADA will be responsible for strengthening and developing clienteling initiatives and supporting the client advisors with a strong focus on driving business through clienteling actions (client outreach interactions and clienteling activities) and growth of the overall client base.

### RESPONSABILITIES

DEVELOP CLIENTELING CULTURE: Support each store to formulate a detailed client engagement and development plan according to the client strategy for each store. Understand and study client base to identify opportunity of each store to design animations that will best achieve the sales and client related KPIs. Collect feedback after each event and improve the quality and format after every animation. Tailor-made animations that transmits brand DNA and direction that will better engage local clients and boost sales performance.

Support training needs of retail teams in terms of clienteling culture to better equipped retail team in engaging with clients. Partner with CRM team on planning and executing exclusive events to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients, and reactivate lapsed clients. Source qualified local suppliers, third-party collaboration to enrich the client development actions qualitatively. In charge of the client experience and development related scope of all regional high-end event.

In charge of rolling out all clienteling initiatives and projects in the region. Manage and support Prada Omni-channels client development and client relation management in the region.

### JOB REQUIREMENT

Understanding of luxury lifestyle and high-end client behavior Deep knowledge of the fashion/ high-end categories’ industry
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, confident in sharing conviction
- Ability to network and penetrate targeted client circles Agile, detailed-oriented, and a team player
- Strong analytical skills, and business acumen
