You'll report to Optima Solutions Site Manager and base in Anqing. ### Key Responsibilities Solve all kinds of technical problems in the process of coating application to ensure smooth production. Responsible for the secure launch of new projects, including coordinating the development of new colors, line trial, color matching and performance tests. Optima production process, improve production efficiency and product quality. Strengthen communication with the laboratory, feedback on on-site issues. ### Qualifications Bachelor's degree, majoring in chemical engineering or related. More than 2 years’ working experience. Automotive coatings related experience, or desire to work in the coatings industry. Capability of using written English.
