Reviews requests, applies established data standards and governance requirements, resolves data quality issues, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure item records are complete, accurate, consistent, and available within established service levels. Wide understanding of the performed process, understanding in’s and out’s holistically, along with the full error impact. Responsibilities typically include working under moderate supervision on day-to-day assignments and receiving detailed guidance for new or unfamiliar work. ### Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain item master records in Oracle R12 and related business systems. Review item creation and change requests for completeness, accuracy, required approvals, and compliance with established procedures. Validate item attributes, descriptions, units of measure, categories, organization assignments, and related controls to ensure data integrity. Research and resolve duplicate items, incorrect attributes, setup errors, and other item master inconsistencies. Support item creation, maintenance, inactivation, and mass-update processes across applicable inventory organizations. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, Engineering, business requestors, and IT to gather and verify item data requirements. Execute item data cleansing, standardization, mass maintenance, and data quality activities. ### Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Oracle R12 item master concepts, units of measure, item categories, organization assignments, and mass-data maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
