Safety, Health and Environment of production, Quality, Delivery OTIF, Cost control and developing a dynamic production team are the jobholder’s objectives. To work with EHS team closely to implement all EHS requirements to cover both regulation and PPG requirement. To promote Lean as a tool and culture and lead cost reduction, productivity and drive department operational excellent. To take responsibility to implement production process rules and organize quality control activities. To work under the requirement of ISO9000, ISO14000 and PPG requirements. Develop necessary SOP to provide guidelines for the operations, monitoring the daily activities and responsible for the effectiveness of the systems; To lead your team to achieve all KPI. To lead the training for team leaders and chief operators and develop production teams with HR support. To lead engagements initiatives for production to improve team engagement. To lead production ACT projects and work together with maintenance and PE team. To assist other projects as required. ### Requires Minimal 3 years management experience in Powder Coating Production, Process, Lean, OR minimal 5 years of chemical plant production management experience, both gained within a multi-National Company. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or Polymer Materials or equivalent.
