Voor ons filiaal in Drachten zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Assistent Filiaalleider die ons team komt versterken. Filiaal Drachten bestaat sinds 2016, en is in 10 jaar tijd uitgegroeid tot een volwaardig filiaal met 4 medewerkers. Het afzetgebied ligt in de driehoek Kollum – Appelscha – Joure. Samen met de huidige filiaalleider en salesmanager gaan we aan de slag om jou draai te vinden binnen het team. Als eerste ga je aan de slag als assistent filiaalleider, om vervolgens op zeer korte termijn door te groeien naar de rol als filiaalleider. Jouw rol Eerst als assistent en later als filiaalleider ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor alles wat er binnen het filiaal gebeurt. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de commerciële doelstellingen en zorgt voor een optimale dienstverlening richting onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle werkzaamheden binnen het filiaal Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers Zorgdragen voor goede commerciële en technische communicatie met klanten Beheren en controleren van de administratie Verantwoordelijk voor kasstromen en financiële afhandeling Samenwerken met de buitendienst om omzetdoelen te behalen Meewerken in de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden Volgen van vakgerichte opleidingen en cursussen Wat breng jij mee? Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring (pré, geen must) Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Commercieel inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor omzet Goede organisatorische vaardigheden Technische kennis van verfproducten en systemen (pré geen must) ### Nauwkeurigheid, ook in administratieve taken Opleidingsniveau HAVO / MBO Rijbewijs B Wat bieden wij?
