[Apply on PPG ’s careers site →](https://ppg.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/PPG_Careers/job/USA---Rock-Hill-Plant/Labeler_JR2613081) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [PPG ](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/ppg/) / Labeler ## Job description Immediately Hiring Labeler, Rock Hill Plant Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday Pay: $18.51 As a Labeler, focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment. ### Responsibilities Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines. Focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. ### Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in manufacturing or quality control is a plus. Previous experience in a labeling or production environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Basic understanding of labeling regulations and compliance standards is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. ### Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Capability to lift and move materials as needed, adhering to safety guidelines. Manual dexterity to handle labeling equipment and materials effectively. Ability to bend and reach as necessary during labeling operations. Ability to walk upstairs as required in the work environment. ### Work Environment The role is typically performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, with exposure to machinery and equipment.
