## Job description

1．负责一手楼盘销售，为客户提供全方位，专业的房地产置业服务； 2．负责市场拓展，渠道开拓，客户资源开发、维护与管理； 3．根据项目计划开展相应的销售活动，完成既定销售目标； 4．了解房地产市场、项目周边市场与竞品动态，为公司提供信息来源； 5．工作地点：江门保利天福路新地块。 1．1年以上相关工作经验，同行业销售经验优先； 2．热爱销售工作，工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强； 3．具备较强的目标感，乐于挑战，执行力强，抗压性强； 4．有亲和力，良好的沟通表达能力，优秀的团队合作精神和客户服务意识。
