## Job description
- 负责二手房源的收集，为有卖房需求客户提供专业咨询服务；
- 掌握卖方客户需求，发展跟进潜在客户，做好对客户的追踪和联系 ；
- 根据业绩要求，完成收房指标。
- 具备1年以上二手经纪经验，熟悉行业政策法规，熟悉房地产交易流程；
- 具备稳定的房源开发路径，包括但不限于转介、端口、社区拓展等；
- 具备良好的亲和力及沟通力，具备团队合作精神及讲解能力；
