## Job description
- 负责项目案场外的客户拓展工作，积极拓展外部客源；
- 熟悉项目相关内容，掌握专业知识，提高拓客成交率；
- 与案场销售代表对接客户，完成销售指标；
- 在职责权限范围内妥善处理和解决客户的意见和要求；

### 工作地点
- 北京市海淀区。 1、大专及以上学历，房地产类、市场营销类专业优先； 2、1年以上渠道拓展经验，房地产渠道拓展经验优先； 3、具备房地产、经济、金融、管理、市场营销等相关知识基础，能熟练运用office软件； 4、沟通表达能力突出，有较强的市场拓展，渠道拓展能力，有一定的抗压能力。
