## Job description
- 负责办公区域物料与文件管理；
- 负责渠道相关数据的统计和上报；
- 接听来电咨询和记录工作；
- 负责客户档案的建立、维护；
- 为客户信息系统正常运作提供支持；

### 工作地点
- 北京市。
- 大专及以上学历，房地产类、经济类、管理类、金融类专业优先；
- 具备房地产、经济、金融、管理等相关知识基础，熟悉房地产行业，具备相关经验者优先；
- 能熟练运用office软件，具备一定的归纳总结及数据分析能力；
- 踏实肯干，执行力强，工作细致认真有耐心，具备良好的沟通协调能力、较强的服务意识和团队协作精神。
