## Job description
- 资料管理，负责部门内各类资料的整理及归档、各项目材料汇总整理、负责内外文件的收发工作，建立收发台账等。
- 负责部门文件上报收集工作，例如上会内容收集，各项目月度计划收集，部门零星资料收集等；
- 第三方巡检工作的准备与资料整理，包括巡检清单整理、巡检文件准备等。
- 负责部门综合类事务、上级交办的其他临时性工作。
- 工作1-3年或应届毕业生，大专及以上学历，市场营销、工程管理、企业管理、建筑学、土建等相关专业优先。
- 具备良好的专业知识，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件，具有一定的专业技术能力、组织协调能力、计划与执行能力、责任心和职业道德。
- 善于数据统计和资料管理，具有一定的分析总结能力和书面表达能力，严谨、细致、保密意识强。
