## Job description
- 负责一手楼盘销售，为客户提供全方位、专业的房地产置业服务；
- 负责市场拓展，渠道开拓，客户资源开发、维护与管理；
- 根据项目计划开展相应的销售活动，完成既定销售目标；
- 了解房地产市场、项目周边市场与竞品动态，为公司提供第一信息来源；

### 工作地点
- 上海市青浦区
- 属地3年以上相关工作经验，同行业销售经验优先；
- 热爱销售工作，工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强；
- 具备较强的目标感，乐于挑战，执行力强，抗压性强；
- 形象气质佳，有亲和力，具备良好的沟通表达能力，优秀的团队合作精神和客户服务意识。
