This role ensures the accurate and timely management of loan documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient workflow across the loan operations team. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders. ### Job Duties and Responsibilities Process and review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; monitor and report on loan operations performance metrics; collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and other departments to optimize workflow; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; resolve complex issues related to loan processing and servicing; maintain accurate records and documentation; support audits and quality assurance initiatives; provide training and guidance to team members; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
