This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of data reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making. The Manager will lead a team of data analysts, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement in data reporting processes. ### Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage and supervise the data reporting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback; Develop, implement, and maintain data reporting standards, procedures, and best practices; Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data reports delivered to internal stakeholders; Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable data solutions; Oversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and security within reporting systems; Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data reporting workflows; Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to data reporting and analytics; Provide training and support to team members and end users on data reporting tools and methodologies; Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders as needed. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job Pinnacle is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment. ### Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data reporting, data analytics, or a related discipline; Proven experience managing or leading a data reporting or analytics team; Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of data reporting tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel); Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments; Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
