The role sits within the Specialty Finance line of business and offers broad exposure to complex structured credit across the full deal lifecycle. ### Job Duties and Responsibilities Portfolio Surveillance & Compliance - Collect and monitor borrowing base reports via direct submission and virtual data rooms — at minimum monthly and at every funding request - Ensure ongoing borrower compliance with all covenants, collateral quality tests, coverage tests, and borrowing base calculations Confirm recurring monthly and quarterly interest payments are received and accurate - Ensure loan terms and structure align with Pinnacle's internal system of record ### Reviews & Risk Assessment - Complete quarterly and annual credit reviews for each borrower - Perform quarterly risk-weighted asset (RWA) assessments for each loan in the portfolio Origination & Deal Support Assist SLD ATL with new deal origination, underwriting, and transaction modeling - Support risk management, client management The information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
