## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、 公司有关佣金政策及制度的宣导解释、推广； 2、 业务人员佣金兑现、福利保障落实办理及政策宣导。 2.3、 公司有关佣金管理风险管控体系的建立和完善； 4、 对业务员佣金发放风险的监控管理，对出现的问题进行分析，提交相关处理意见； 5、 通过业务员佣金收入分析，及时发现队伍问题，反馈领导进行决策； 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-5年相关工作经验，具有良好的沟通协调力、执行力
