## Job description

岗位职责
- 管理招聘渠道，提供供应商合作粘性；
- 根据岗位JD做人才搜寻、意愿沟通；
- 跟进流程中的人员，系统中人选维护；
- 招聘管理报表的统计分析；
- 参与人力资源其他项目类的工作。 任职资格
- 大三、研一、研二在读的在校学生；
- 熟练使用office等办公软件；
- 每周保证实习3个工作日以上，实习至少两个月；
- 积极主动，乐于沟通，目标感强，聪明皮实。
