## Job description

岗位职责

### 基金研究与筛选
- 负责公募及私募基金的深度研究，建立并维护基金池，完成管理人访谈与评估。

### 资产配置与组合管理
- 负责MOM 组合构建，基于市场环境, 动态调整资产配置，执行轮动等策略，优化风险收益。

### 投后跟踪与绩效评估
- 持续跟踪组合及底层基金，定期撰写业绩归因与风险评估报告，提出调整方案。

### 市场与策略研究
- 跟踪宏观动态及创新产品，深入研究公募及私募基金等策略，为投资决策提供支持。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融经济等相关专业。具备3年以上公募或私募投研经验，有MOM & FOF经验者优先；
- 深刻理解资产配置理论，熟悉基金运作模式，熟知策略的原理与实践。
- 具备出色的数据分析与逻辑能力，熟练运用Wind、Python等工具独立完成深度报告。
- 拥有优秀的沟通表达与团队协作精神，能清晰阐述投资观点，高效协同内外部伙伴。
- 对投资充满热情，自驱力强。具备严谨的风险意识、高度责任心及良好的职业道德。
